Elephant Man to get "physical" with new album
Elephant Man, will drop his new album called “Let’s Get Physical” on June 26th. The “energy God” last dropped a set in 2003 called, “Good 2 Go.”
During his hiatus, Elephant Man did singles that attracted Hip Hop Mogul Sean Diddy Combs who in turn signed the ‘Energy God’ to his label Bad Boy Entertainment. “The signing is a fulfillment of one of my objectives in the musical industry,” the Energy God said in describing that aim as crossing over and attracting top labels.
Elephant Man, who exhibits a ‘bad boy’ persona, feels in good company with label mates such as R&B/Hip Hop statesmen and prodigies, Boyz N Da Hood, Young Joc, Cassie and Danity Kane. The synergy of Dancehall and Hip/Hop content should bring a dynamic album, set to be released June 26th.
As expected, the affiliation will see the Energy God collaborating with a myriad of ‘Top’ artistes. This upcoming album features Wyclef Jean on the track “FiveO.” The signing and his new album should breathe fresh life into Elephant’s musical career, to a level comparable to the days when he sparred on tracks with the likes of Lil Jon and the Eastside Boyz, Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson.
